Please make sure that you get all the correct extras from these jokers. They did not inform me when the phone was despatched despite informing me that they would. Half of the extras were missing, I had to chase them 3 times. Then some of it was incorrect connection - ie earpiece is not nokia connection. They kept ignoring my emails till I kept asking for a reply. They then kept passing me on to other staff. They have now told me to return the wrong part at my expense before they will send the correct part. I have informed them that I dont think I should pay to return something they have sent incorrectly. They say that they never said that they would pay for returns - I have never suggested that they did, I think its rediculous to ask me to send back an earpiece at my expense that probably cost them about 50p! What price good customer relations! I think their customer support is absolutely useless. They state in their blub that they sent with phone "You have our personal assurance that we will provide you with the best possible service and support from the UK's leading Orange dealer" What a joke!
Suffice to say that Orange are now fully aware of this episode and will be forwarding it to OFFCOM.
