in Credit cards
I have had two deductions made from my credit card within the space of a couple of weeks that I don't recognise. The amounts and the name of the company receiving the money on my statements are completely unknown to me. I think my card has been cloned/copied somehow but I have never let it out of my sight. What can I do to get my money back?

Report it to your credit card company.
It may be worth googling the transaction name as it may be linked to a merchant you recognise. If you can't be the best -
Just be better than you were yesterday.0 -
Best to notify cc company of fraudulent transactions0

The chance that your card has been cloned/copied is very remote.
If you are sure that you don't recognise these transactions contact the card issuer and dispute them.0 -
A few years ago I had a credit card bill which included two amounts to a company called TSL (I think) that I was sure I hadn't bought anything from. On digging deeper found out it was actually for items I bought from Tesco ie Tesco Stores Ltd.
Could it be something similar?0 -
We will never know as the OP hasn't said.
To be honest its typical of many on here.
Update : read the OP's first 2 posts - he knows exactly who debited his card just wanted to know if S75 is a remedy on offer?0 -

If it was not a case of cloning or copying can anyone suggest others types of fraud it could have been?0 -
Looking at the OP's first two posts on another thread, indicates he could be making a fraudulent claim of not knowing what these transactions are.
Hopefully he will get caught out and at least lose the facility of the card and get a nice Cifas marker for his troubles.0 -
Have you googled the entry on your statement or post it on here ?0
