Re the Nokia is it network unlocked?

I have two SIMs on Asda PAYG.

They're on EE anyway so not an issue with Asda Mobile.

A twenty year old Nokia might not work with an EE MNVO SIM without being unlocked as it would be pre Orange, T-Mobile, EE merger. So could be an issue. So a cheap phone and SIM might be a better idea from £0.00 plus a £10 top-up.

Although I am pretty sure I unlocked it from videophone years ago, with code from here, I am still looking for a contact number for Cs to try and unlock my sim, to no avail yet!
Will look at other phones I have of wife’s, some have sims in, and also check out another cheapie with credit as you say, better safe than sorry.
Do not know why those numbers keep coming up when editing a post?
It does it regularly, I delete them, before posting, but still come up I see.
    Sorry about that!

Hi Guys, turn up for the books.
I rang 150 from wife’s phone, also EE and they said they would unlock mine , within 24 hours, and he said I would not lose my £20 credit!
I expected to lose it, and was prepared to just top up again, but, he did try and flog me a better deal.
So, thanks for everything all of you, still gonna look at another cheapie with that Asda sim, and make sure I use it more often!:rotfl:
