Hi Guys, I have done it again.
Went to use old mobile in car, where it is always kept for emergencies, only to find I have gone over the 6 months by 1 week, so cannot use it, not even ring 150 .
My own fault, I usually send e text now and then.
How do I re credit it, being as I cannot ring 150 .
EE.
 with myself.

Thanks custards, just tried, must be working on site, try it later.
How is it that 150 says insufficient amount in a/c to make this call, when it is free?

    I thought 150 cost 20p?

I remember when I was Orange I had to ring and got a recorded message saying this call costs 20p with no extra charges.

It says on the link from custards, it is free.
That is how I have topped up before.
Even so, it would not put me through to top up?

Call 150 free from your EE phone and choose Top up from the options.
From custards link.under help, and top up!

Cannot even ring my phone from another?
Did not know the phone would be totally blocked!!

Why not just walk into an EE shop?

If you can't even call the number from another phone then you may have lost it for good.

If that is the case then it may pay you to simply order a brand new sim online and have it posted to you.

If it's an Orange SIM, you used to be able to call CS from another phone on 07973 100150 - don't know it that's still the case.

    I just tried, still works.

If its been over 6 months the sim maybe have been disconnected, in that case you'll need a new sim with a new number..
