Yeah same here I have given up with the app..Im certainly not giving an app my other bank account login details..
I will just wait for the paper bill to come then be kinda quaint like the olden days

tandem user experience was a disappointment considering all the waiting list times etc, i have now cancelled my card, closed my account and got a santander zero for international use.

I agree that Tandem has worked very well for me and I like that you receive cash back each month and credited promptly to your account. Today was my first issue as I was unable to log in using my app and of course you cannot get the information from their webpage.

I've had tandem card a few months and had no issues and would recommend them. The app was really crap to begin with, but has all the functionality I need now.

Would any Tandem credit card users like to “refer a friend” and get a £10 Amazon voucher? It’s asking for first and last name, so it may be better to send a private message.

Is the app worth using at all or is it still total crap?

It shows you your limit, pending transactions and that is about it.

FAQ and payment info is there as well.

I!!!8217;m happy with it as I know it!!!8217;s limitations.
