I have changed my account to DD today without any trouble 1st time I tried. I have even been billed, they sent me an E mail telling me, 1st time since the end of January, it is for the princely sum of £4.34. It quotes the DD bank details so it must be working, as long as it is set up in time for the payment to be taken.0

Finally got round to moving from debit card to DD. Had no problems with anything. Logged-off and waited about 30mins (it said it could take upto an hour for changes to take effect) and having logged-in again it now says my bills will be taken by DD.0
