I tried first thing this morning - no joy. Tried 10 minutes and and hey presto- I'm in.

I've just tried several times to change my payment method to DD but it tells me I need to complete all the fields - even though I have done.

I'll try again later.

It may be that they are still having problems with this option as it is still new!

I have checked my online banking this morning and the direct debit from 18866 has been successfully set up.

I have now managed to change to DD from a debit card on 18866.
