Can my daughter throw me out of my home?

I think she is just a mother who trusted her daughter implicitly and felt no need for a written agreement.
Unfortunately it's not worked out and she is the one who will suffer because of it.
Whatever the OP does or whichever direction this takes, it looks like she's lost her daughter which, to me, seems sad for them both. Ain't no way the OP is getting a tenancy for life out of it, so I'd stick out the 2 years and look for another rental. Take whatever money the daughter offers.2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0 -
I'm out, this is becoming just something else that's upsetting me, I have never made anything up or told even a fib on here.0

Didn't say you had - I think it's the truth. It's just astounding (rather than the literal sense of 'unbelievable') that you're in the position you're in. I said earlier it was truly awful. Not much else to add really...2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0
