            How are you managing this? It takes me more than 15 minutes to get situated, out of my work clothes, cup of tea
OH is home all day and cooks dinner for when I'm in the door. I'm straight upstairs, hair up, cosies on, back down for my dinner. He brings it over to me the second I hit the sofa. He makes me a cuppa after dinner

            I think you could combine traveling somewhere far away along with going on a no internet week. You will feel a bit uncomfortable in the beginning as you will be missing the internet, but you will get over it in a couple of days or so.
You need a good equivalent to keep your engaged offline. The best option is to travel and just forget everything.0
