I Agree
I just felt a bit uncomfortable that people were jumping to conclusions the neighbour was instigator of the escalation from words to violence. Especially when I don't actually think that was quite the case. Not that words cant be just as painful a weapon. Please note I have a cognitive disability - as such my wording can be a bit off, muddled, misspelt or in some cases i can miss out some words totally...0 -
So (I so hate all posts that begin with "so" but so what?)... You either have two complete a55holes, or one partial a55hole neighbour and a complete a55hole engineer, or a complete a55hole neighbour and a partial a55hole engineer... Maybe some other permutation. One thing is clear.
They are. You are not.
Let them fart away at each other, and not pollute your airspace. I would still bother with a totally non-urgent 101, just so a nice young tall PCSO or something can get a nice cup of tea from you at some point, and you can discuss the Venn diagram of rectal participants.
Two, complete, is my opinion!0 -

Turn off the "telly" and read a relaxing book.(Nearly) dunroving0 -

Ask your neighbour for his employer's details as you need to contact them about their employee fighting in the street? Similar logic to his!0

So why are you worried about the neighbour waiting for you when you come home?0 -
Give the neighbour the plumbers details as that is who his argument is with.0

I don't normally condone anything that inflames a situation, belonging to G_M's nursing home/school of "tea and cake"... but I do hope Tm investigates this route. Twice
:D
This situation definitely requires a chocolate cake."Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance" - Confucius0
