Well BW Legal have sent a letter of their intention to continue with the claim in court and sent me a copy of their completed directions questionnaire. So it looks like we will be off to court after all. Has anyone any advice please before we get the date back to attend?0

Yes, perhaps re-read items 7 and 8 in the list in post #41 above.tuckervennie wrote: »Has anyone any advice please before we get the date back to attend?
You won't 'get the date back to attend' until after you have expressed your wish as to which court should hear the case. I.e. until after you have completed your Directions Questionnaire.0

I think that should be post #41.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ok all completed and returned. BW did send theirs quickly as predicted, to apply the pressure further, but we replied equally speedily. Thank you again.0
