    So do we...
i have done everything from the point of receiving the County Court document, but I never got in touch with them (I don't think - two years now) though at the top of the actual ticket I wrote the words appealed on 10/04, but can't find an email anywhere.

Maybe I did it online and that's why i can't find it now.
  • Well BW Legal have sent a letter of their intention to continue with the claim in court and sent me a copy of their completed directions questionnaire. So it looks like we will be off to court after all. Has anyone any advice please before we get the date back to attend?

Yes, perhaps re-read items 7 and 8 in the list in post #41 above.

You won't 'get the date back to attend' until after you have expressed your wish as to which court should hear the case. I.e. until after you have completed your Directions Questionnaire.

I think that should be post #41.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

That's right. Thanks. Now corrected. :o
  • Ok all completed and returned. BW did send theirs quickly as predicted, to apply the pressure further, but we replied equally speedily. Thank you again.

But a SAR emailed to the DPO of the PPC will show you that appeal, by next month!
