Thanks for this.
Just finalising defence, but noticed that the carpark they have cited him as being in is listed on the ticket as a different address than the one we were actually in. Whilst having the same name, it specifically says a street address that he could claim he was never in,as the one they list is a multi storey car park a few streets away and the one we were in was a smaller car park round the corner, obviously ran by the same company. Is this enough of a defence in itself?0 -
"Having done the AoS, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 13th November 2019 to file your Defence."
Just checking - as per post by KeithP above you do know that 4.00pm TODAY is the last day for defence submission - nothing has been posted for the forum to review.0 -
No, not on its own. Add a paragraph about it to one of the defence examples you found in the NEWBIES thread and you could have this done within your lunch hour.Is this enough of a defence in itself?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good luck with the court case, if you're really lucky the parking company won't pay their fee to the court and the case will be struck out, that happened to me

As 1505grandad said... you have about an hour and a half to file your Defence.
You have known your Defence filing deadline for a whole month.0 -
Yeah I emailed at 3pm, so met the deadline.0

I did a few paragraphs from there in the end. So hopefully this will be a decent defence. We went down and took a few photos too on my phone in case anything come up unexpectedly from their end.Coupon-mad wrote: »No, not on its own.
