    Morning

Thank you for all the lists.

Scrimpies - doing ok, just got to go through last weeks reciepts, I now ask for a recirpt for anything I buy, but I think last week is zero spends, (I did spend on food £35 ish, petrol £35.44, eby postage £2.90 so none of this counts).

Slinkies same as last week, but that is ok as well, but must try harder........

    All washing gathered up
    WM is on
-6 out side according to the wind chill factor, but the sun is also appearing.
    House to clean

    Hugs all round xx

    Morning

I'm not at work today - last day of my Annual Leave for the year (to 31.3.18). DS still has to go to work today though , so I'm pleased to see the road has cleared. I'm meeting up with Lorna this afternoon - Saturday's rescheduled meet :), but I'm flying this morning :D.

Ex-NN text me last night to say new neighbours get the keys on Thursday  All she could tell me is they're a young couple, and one of them doesn't speak English - as long as there's no loud music it'll be fine! And I have jojo's recommendation earplugs if needed :o. I guessed it would be soon, but that hasn't stopped my anxiety from creeping out again :(.

It's not going to stop me flying though, so, the bed being already made, Round 1 =
    1. get washed & dressed
    2. feed birds
    3. put out rubbish & recycling
    4. laundry shuffle
    5. WM x 1
    6. WUDUPA a bowl of pots

    Groundhog Day :o

((hugs)) to YL and anyone else fighting the mind gremlins.
Back soon - it's the only way to get anything done here :o

    Morning

Thank you for the lists. I'm in again, although the "normality" that was supposed to return for a couple of days has disappeared under more snow. School not opening until later, DH is still hanging around as cars are stranded on the main road.

((Hugs)) ATB, sorry I can't offer anything else.

Off to check websites again to find out if work is open, roads are clearing, school buses running...why does everything get so darn complicated??

ATB so sorry you're struggling hun - remember my favourite saying 'this too will pass'. It will, just hang in there lovely xx

Roundtuit if you can, listen to the anxiety creeping in but try not to let it be the only voice in your head - deep breaths, do something you find soothing to your soul. I learned to capture the thoughts, check them and see if it is true and a fact or just what my head was telling me but wasn't true - it the latter try to just let it go. I know it's hard hun, honest I do and sometimes we feel stifled by anxiety so sending you a big hug xx

Valli yay to positive thought re next week!!

Need to get dressed, put the WM on then some some paid stuff before flying.

Scrimpers update - forget it - my best friend bought a new horse last week and I'm sharing with her so I've bought her a few bits and bobs. We now own 'Breggey' a beautiful 16.3 Irish Draught horse who is so kind and sweet. I got bucked off another horse we looked at the other week so nerves jangling a bit but Breggey is so kind and senses I'm nervous so just adjusts how she goes so I feel nice and safe - or at least I did when we bought her in their school; haven't got a saddle yet so not been ridden whilst at home. Here's a picture of her.

ATB and everyone else -what Mumof 2 said, and lovely horse.

This morning I have done the dailies, dusted the dusty bits in the LR, thoroughly cleaned the downstairs loo, walked the dogs and hoovered downstairs. I don't have to go the the shop now, DH has said he'll run that errand, so job search begins again now.

    Have a great day everyone.

Hugs to those of you struggling, sounds like a few.
Lonely horse mumof2, Id's are usually very kind but big!

I've given in and got a doctor 's appointment as although the cough is improving my throat is really painful , swallowing actually makes me whimper. Can't even face breakfast so maybe it will help slinkiness. So grateful I got an appt for today but had to cancel both gym classes.

    Kitchen, report and mil today.
