Listed ebay items yesterday and finishing in a few minutes, nice totals at the mo so hopefully will finish with a bit more. Some more items to list so will get photos etc done today ready to list tomorrow as 5p listing day.
Update - Items sold for £15 so think I will leave in paypal until I've got £50 then it won't cost me anything to transfer, still need to take photos of next lot of items so off to do that.0 -
Listed some items today which will finish tomorrow, I prefer 1 day listings, also listed some books on Amazon.
Phoned Tax credits to let them know about Tom, not sure how much difference it will make.
Slowly catching up on housework and have decided to sell/donate any unwanted items straight away to declutter, it's amazing how much junk - I mean useful things for others - there is lying about!0 -
sold another 2 items on ebay, but one lot didn't sell so will take to charity shop tomorrow. I'm going to clear out dd's room tomorrow so will probably have some more items to list. Paypal account now just over £20.0
-
Woo sold a book so £4.29 coming my way - amazing how excited you can get for a few pounds but everything helps.
Mum gave me back a bag of books last night so will list all those too, sorted out dd room yesterday but need to go through a few clothes to put on ebay or donate.
Still need to work hard to get to the £1000 total!0 -
You're doing really well considering you must be spending all your spare time looking at that gorgeous boy!!!!
When do you have to find the £1000 by?
Good luck and keep going!

taking a quiet moment whilst baby asleep and dh recovering from a rare night out - didn't get back until 0315!
Need £1000 by next July when fixed rate ends but can't remortgage until the following April as this is when the tie in period for 'cost of fees' part runs out. The £1000 will help with the increase of monthly payments for a while. Hopefully by April '10 mortgages will be in a better position.
So a good few months to go but next year when I go back to work I can grab some extra teaching hours at qualified rate so that would be very handy0 -
Next room to sort is Toms as currently a dumping ground, then the attic which will take many many hours!0

Eva You are doing sooooo well- when my kids were babies I had no clue what was going on in my bank account for years. I had no idea whether I could afford something or not:rolleyes: and my current account was always empty at the end of the month and I had no idea why...
Anyway, I think you are doing great too:money:0 -
Thank you very much, I think I'm finding it ok to get organised at the moment but it will probably go to pot when I go back to work after the New Year. Also very lucky to have a great dh to help out as well.0
