Aww ev I really feel for you, i remember what it's like when I was waiting for DS last year, I tried everything from pineapple and curry to s*x and nipple stimulation to reflexology and the only thing that worked for a 2nd sooty.
Am keeping my fingers crossed for you that it happens very soon and it goes as painlessly and smoothly as possible for you.0 -
Still nothing, sound like a broken record - still having a lot of twinges but stops over night. I think I'll still be like this when I go back to work in January! lol!
Midwife due to visit on Saturday so still a couple of days before a check up.
I've started transferring odd pennies from current account to savings each day, it's amazing how it builds up. I think that I may have a payment not actually going out this month so tomorrow will transfer the £14.27 that would usually be paid.
Renewing home insurance through Quidco so hoping that it tracks as it worth £120 which would be a lovely sum to add to the savings.
So still here, hope I'm not for a while as would like to meet my son soon!

Oh - I thought your silence yesterday was because you were in the throes!!!
Hope it all happens soon!

yep, I'm getting very very fed up now! keep having twinges but then nothing happening. Trying to keep occupied but not much I can do, but beating dh on Scrabulous on Facebook is good.0

As you can see still no news, hopefully midwife can spur him on tomorrow!
Sorted out a lot of pennies today, being far stricter with what goes where and sticking to a budget especially for food. Have also put money aside for dh's course, our Xmas break and moved the £14.27 from the insurance that didn't need to be paid (a whopping amount in the ISA!).
Just about to sort out the home insurance through Quidco so need to clear cookies etc so it tracks properly, had one refused recently as it took so long to sort out.
See you soon Ev x0 -
Oh Ev!
You most be getting so fed up now......was the other one on time?

Haven't heard from midwife yet so stuck at home at the moment, dd arrived on her due date (good girl) so at the moment I keep saying to dh 'your son is late!' he he!
Had a good day paying bits and pieces yesterday, just need to be careful not to over spend as this will be the first month of reduced maternity pay for me although still better than just SMP.
All things positive - just waiting and waiting ................0
