millionirre...if I didnt coult my loans as debt I'm nearly there!! Debt is debt at the end of the day but if it makes you feel better for not counting them then that is your decision...not sure it's a great strategy though as you could be lulled into false sence of security? Anyway your decision!
Doing the debt just noticed where you are! Am passing you on the way to a course in Barry & was at the Haven Spa (opp the art gallery) on Sat getting my sisters bday pressie! Will wave at you as I drive past! I'm not actually from Cardiff but have lived here for 14 years now! Very much where I consider "home"!
I am more than happy if someone (as I am sure is hypno!!) to do a speadsheet! If it works out calculations & percentages paid off then that would be fabby! I guess the only proviso would be for whoever does it to commit to sending it on if they leave the community so the info is not lost? Anyway...what do people think?
By the way I am not in any way exclusive about who does what! Its a community and just cos I started the thread doesent mean I want to run it! I know there has been a bit of upset on the boards recently about things like that and there are reasons for this (hugs to all involved - these things always feel nasty!) but I am more than happy that people have their roles to play! Hypno is the membership secretary, I had the idea so thats me done & whoever wants to do spreadsheet (Miss KJ?!!) away you go!! I like the idea of a meet for us and unsure how others feel (anyone want to arrange it?!) about this? I know they are planning one for Jan but being honest I feel ummm I dont know what I feel,...possibly that I dont know the people that well maybe & the people who seem to be going are not the ones I "know" that well IYKWIM? Would much rather get to know you lot better & have one a bit later on in th eyear - Jan is a wee bit close to Christmas for me TBH! Mch would be better as more time to save for it & get excited! I also dont know where people are? I am in Cardiff & would travel within reasonable distance but not to the ends of the earth!! Anyway, I'm easy!! Hi fellow long haulers!

I like the idea of a spreadsheet, but I don't want to do it myself!! I don't mind doling out numbers, although I will prob do this every few days if no-one minds, but my spreadsheet knowledge is pretty poor!

As for a meet, well, I think that later in the year is better - not too close to Christmas please!!

I need to put petrol in my car today - but I only have £5 in my purse, so that will have to do - it will be enough to get me where I need to be today.

Hi everyone!! bit of a late comer here, can i join please?! DFY is currently 2010 (but sooner if i can get it!!) Love the idea of a party with all you guys, sounds like fun!!
With you on the petrol money hypno, currently using a little money that i owe to someone else to get me through to payday on thursday aside from that though it will be a NSD.

My geography is pants, and I have a headache, but Norwich - to - Cardiff just about spreads the entire width of the fattest bit of the UK doesn't it? (I know Norwich isn't on the coast so maybe not the fattest, but very wide?)

No idea why that should be of interest to you it just amused me.
