    Set a debt free date December 2014. That'll be just over 4 years from lbm and it'll be my 50th birthday present!

    Evening all! Been busy busting those debts but great news as just applied for a Barclaycard 0% card and got accepted! Plus was for a 9K limit so can put nearly all my debts on that card for the next 2 years, what a huge relief. Maybe there is some light at the end of this tunnel...!
    Debt at lightbulb moment (June 2007) was £31,738.19
    Debt as of 1st January 2010 was £21,905.82
    Current debts total as of July 2014 £4,300

    Hello. Are you still taking new members? I had a DFD in 2018 on my DMP but just lost my job, so no idea of new DFD now :(

    debt increased by almost £300 this month, not a disaster but it's an increase, only the third since lbm.
    Hope you have some celebration lined up for two months antonic.
    Jonnyboy that's what I'm trying to do but no luck so far, I was in seeing Lloyds about getting all my debts transfered to a 0% but doesn't look like it'll happen.

    Had my lbm in jan 2012, and have paid off 23.8%.
    My current debt stands at £41,030, so as you can tell i'm in it for the long haul·

    To make matters more exciting i'm 20 weeks pregnant and have the joys of buying for a whole extra person, and 9 months maternity pay to see me through!

    I have no idea what my dfd will be but can hopefully pay off a little whilst im still having full pay,my cc for example.
    Still here..... but working on that!

    Don't worry about setting a dfd, I set mine almost 2 years after lbm.
