Hiya, We're doing okay, still plodding along. Have had to use credit card a couple of times this month as money is extra tight, but overall debt is slowly coming down. Have had to reduce most of our payments down to minimum at the moment as we have a large monthly financial commitment relating to one of our children, but it's a sacrifice we are prepared to make -it's put our DFD date back by about a year though.

I will try and post a bit more on this thread, especially as I'm going to be here for another four years now! :eek:

Well my DFD has been postponed to June/July 2013 as I will have cleared ALL of my debts (inc HBOS) by then.

I was hoping to pay HBOS separately but Payplan decided for me that they would so the above.

I was disappointed at first, but now I`m happy to know I would have cleared everything by June/July.

Hi well done on the dfd june/july isnt that far away . Hi recurrent sometimes we have to put off our negative wealth free date to have some form of a life and i thinks thats fine im sure it will be worth so much more for your child .... we are creeping close to december when its all xmas xmas xmas, ive been sensible and budgetted im really looking forward to a very nice xmas and looking forward to a great new year xx

I have budgetted for Xmas , by asking my dad to loan the money to me and I will repay him out of my 2 council tax free months of Feb/March.

As this happens every year he is more than happy to oblige as I do pay hom back !

Thats a good plan, i really do like them 2 council tax free months i think its rather handy after xmas lol xx

just found this thread...light bulb moment oct 2010 when I was over 27k on ccs and od. Now down to about 15k, transfer balances and hit the high interest screwing me for 29.9%. debt free in two years.

Hi katy well done for coming back where do you stand now >? Andy well done on making such a huge difference them credit cards sure know how to bump them intrests up keep posting. Happy friday everyone x

I have no idea where I stand now, I just know it is worse than it was before I disappeared!

Might dig my head out of the sand at some point this weekend and work things out. Might...
