trying - cutting down on groceries at the mo and gonna do some more ebay selling. 18 grand is a lot! Have been going over budget a lot and there's not much room in there as £400 per month is pure debt repayment. Also gonna go to a lower paid job soon as stress of my job is too much. Have estimated that I can just scrape by on lower wages and still do some dance lessons.

it sounds like you are on really tight budget, have you tried the online surveys etc to boost your income slightly ?
i just found a total of £30 in 2 of my old accounts that i havent used for a while, which was a good surprise

Its hard at first but you will soon get better at been good with saving cash and paying the debts, im sorry about work but glad you have been able to take a lower paid job for less stress ... im getting really good at stopping in thats always a perk lol lol x

have done a few surveys just waiting for the money to build gradually. Don't want to go overbaord with daily clicks as I'm afraid I'll get found out and loose it all. Wow happytogetdebtfree - I see you've actually paid off nearly the amount of my debt. How long did that take you?
thinking of setting up a seperate account for things I have to pay for which aren't set in stone e.g. petrol, food and entertainment.

2 years i think but i have been minimum payments only because of weddings etc but this year is the year of good payments lol xx

wish I could pay off mine in 2 years! what are your best tips? you must have some amazing methods to pay off debt.

No methods when i had my lbm i cut everything from sky to food shopping i went very very basic but alot of my debts are loans so i was paying big payments off hence why so much was paid .... no answers from me but sometimes just some real cut backs can make the difference.. also oh got a new job and payrise so that helped us pay some good chunks off i dont ebay or click so im no good at that :S xxx

The way food is increasing and so fourth its always hard to make a save without going to aldi or lidll but sometimes by the time petrol has been spent you havent saved much lol youwill be fine xx

we are still going to tesco but not eating as much meat. I'm batch cooking with more veggies too. Trying to get more rediced stuff but don't always get there at the right time. Ordering online so saving lots of petrol by not going back and forth for cat food as we have 3 cats.
