lol lol im laughing at my HTGDF, id give my realname its short and sweet buy you always worry just incase someone knows you ... ive spent most of the day bashing through debt spreadsheets with some intresting things woo hoo i like it x if we work to plan from jan 10 we should be cleared of all debt including homeowner loan by november 2012 and that is estimating on our basic wages and not on our unsocial hours and ohs extra work so could be somewhat sooner if we work even harder but all in all im happy with that and i will never ever ever want to get in debt again ever aEVER HAHA X

I feel quite daft now! I know quite a few of the abbreviations used within the postings but didn't realise everyone shortened their user names in this way too, I am now officially MOS on another thread so I think I will adopt that here too!

I am doing my foundation degree in health just for interest, although I hope to find work in that field afterwards. Was going to do an accountancy degree but after 20 years of sage and spreadsheets I wanted to do something different - only time will tell if it is the right choice but I can always go back to book-keeping afterwards if I need to.

I am on a DMP and most of my debts are now on 0% interest but going to do a snowball thingy to see when my dfd will be. I am feeling so much more motivated now, thank you all. x

Mos dont feel stupid i am lost in abbreviations all the time, what do you fancy doing in the healt sector i am a critical care nurse so id be happy to help with the uni stuff x

Ha, I'm the same with the abbreviations, I'm always having to look up what people are talking about!
Sounds good regarding the course, if its what you want to do then its the right choice!
Well done on the snowballing. I am currently writing to Virgin who have tried to s***w us over on interest rates, so I'm fighting back!!

Good luck with the number crunching. They are a nightmare. Its the only debt we have issues with, everything else is slowly going down, nice low interest rates, slow going but happy enough. The most irritating thing is Virgin have one of the best offers for new customers, but once they suck you in thats it! I'm hoping because they raised our rate without offering us to freeze it, I can convince them to close the account at the previous rate and then we can start paying it off more quickly. Sigh...
Stay warm! Very sunny here and still not too cold, no heating just yet!

what is cima ??? hi kp hope your well number crunching better than i thought ive done my soa all the way to 2013 should be debt free completely by Nov 2012 and then if we stay where we are 12 month after that dfd we should have 30 k saved for a nice sell and move i think or to buy land we shall see x
