I am so peeeved with my employer, won't explain why on here however is financial/wage related when everything should remain the same.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I have felt so wound up all day I went to Mr T to buy a few bits and bobs for home cooking good job I didn't splurge, just bought items I will use in cooking. I really need to get another job and get into gear to find one.

Incurring many bank charges as a result, need to transfer some money to get straight again and stop the charges I am experiencing. I'm too scared to reclaim in case they change my a/c

FedUpAndSkint - I'm sorry to hear you've had employment grief. Fingers crossed something great comes along soon! I know what you mean about bank charges, I hope you manage to sort something out soon.
Sorry, I'm not very wise so don't have advice, just try not to let it get you down and start a plan to make things better.
Hugs and a large glass of wine...

Thanks RT and ISOM, I am filling in job applications online after fish and chips and a can of Fanta to take my mind of things which is working.

It has taken my mind of things and I have calmed down as a result.

    Ta for the hugs

Thanks to you too, feeling the positive vibes as I have calmed down at long last, heart rate has returned to normal that has been flittering about all day producing adrenaline. Filling in the job application form has helped and the footie on in the background.

Thanks to all my virtual friends and support on here x:A

Hi ISOM. Thanks for those kind words. My depression is weather-related (SAD) but I think I'll give St JW a try this winter.

It's a friend's birthday on Friday so I'll have a large glass of wine on behalf of all longhaulers, fed up or otherwise!

SAD is tough...do you have a light? I love winter and hibernate but in summer tend to overdo things...
Go fed up and skint...channel the energy...
