Another amazing letter from QDR solicitors still in contact with the wrong person,
After a letter was sent to them clearly stating there is and has never been any relationship between said person and the vehicle in question. Also legal action will be taken if further threatening letters are received regarding this matter.
See below reply from QDR:-
"If you are advising you did not own the vehicle in question when this penalty notice was issued, WE need YOU to contact DVLA and provide us their letter which confirms the date you ceased to be the keeper of the vehicle.
This is because the following contravention, DVLA was contacted and keeper details were obtained from them. ( CLEARLY A LIE!) Therefore in absence of a DVLA letter, we confirm you remain liable to pay."
So they clearly are not getting their information from the DVLA and blatantly lie in writing that they do.0 -
hit them with an SAR under the new GDPR rules , which will be free and cost you nothing0

Yep, ask Indigo's data controller (and QDR, as well, why not!) for all data held about you and that car and all sources and copies of data shared/provided from those sources.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Is it worth hitting the DVLA too? I'm thinking a belt and braces approach.0

Hi,
So today I parked at the train station near me to take a train into London. I paid for the parking on my phone and it was all approved. Due to there being absolutely no parking spaces in the car park I had to park on the end of the bays. Other people had done this so I thought nothing of it. When I come back to my car I had a parking ticket on my window.
It says I have breached code 3 - parked in an unauthorised area. The charge is £100 or £60 if paid within 14 days.
Do I have to pay this parking fine? I paid for my ticket but it wasn’t my fault that there was nowhere to park on the car park!!0 -
I also have an unfair notice from Indigo, appeal rejected through their internal process. They have offered The Appeals Service https://www.asparking.co.uk
So I should use that within the 28 days specified? thanks in advance0 -

Hi there, I wish I'd read this forum thread first. After receiving a parking ticket for not parking correctly and then appealing I've received a debt collection notice. How do I actually appeal? What options are open to me? I'd like to appeal in an open forum and make my case ... not have my case agreed behind closed doors. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
