Thank you Chris. I was pretty new here when I stepped in to help out running the thread. Newness is not an issue.

Yes I did miss your STS :o which I think proves perfectly why I need help.

Happy to wait and see if I'm inundated with offers of help.
As you're a little shy, maybe if you do the weigh in info, and somebody else less shy (and there are plenty on this thread :) ) could do welcoming new members.

    Thanks

Happy to help, if needed, but I think Chris might have it covered. Fully back on plan today - and I might lose some pounds shivering as the boiler has broken down.

bubbs, your food looks amazing as always. Mrs_R, well done on the loss. Small, but perfectly formed.

    Plan for today was/is:

B - Grape nuts with FF yoghurt and frozen berries
L - Orzo salad (toms, peppers, onion, parsley) with a poached chicken breast
D - Spaghetti bol with a side salad of mixed leaves, cucumber, beetroot and onion

    Snacks - Raspberries, grapes.
    Syns - 2 Murray Mints

Trying to give the syns a wide berth for a couple of days as I had plenty over the last week!

    Thankyou :D
Hope you get your boiler fixed soon xx
