I had appapuncture today?
On one side of the muscles in my back
The other side next week!

ooh that is not good.

I used to have all sorts done on my back, physio, some strange pulling thing, acupuncture, some electrical thing.... I always left worse than I went in!... I now go to a private chiropractor once a month - I call him jesus - as he performs a miracle every time he sees me!

So weigh in day for me. No idea how it will go. Haven't been on plan some days, but what's I've eaten hasn't been too stupid, and when I've been good I've been very good.


Today's plan:
Breakfast - fruit salad
Lunch - Couscous and chicken salad
Dinner - pasta


HA - milk and cheese
HB - none planned
Syns - cranberry juice (2.5), salad dressing (0.5)
