Morning
Kathrynha, I really don't want to step on anyone's toes (I'm pretty new here) but if none of the more knowledgeable SW members has the spare time, then spare time is something I have copious amounts of.
I'm not too chatty I know (I'm shy lol) but I'm more than willing to help by reading, gathering and pm'ing you relevant info. Perhaps wait until everyone has time to see and respond to your plea today.
ps, did you spot my STS from Saturday
Thank you Chris. I was pretty new here when I stepped in to help out running the thread. Newness is not an issue.
Yes I did miss your STSwhich I think proves perfectly why I need help.
Happy to wait and see if I'm inundated with offers of help.
As you're a little shy, maybe if you do the weigh in info, and somebody else less shy (and there are plenty on this thread) could do welcoming new members.
ThanksZebras rock0 -

Thirded!
(Oh I do love a volunteer!)
Well done P00hsticks on being SOTW.
Went swimming this morning again (bathroom still out of action!) and I had the leftovers of the diet pepsi chicken for lunch. Tonight will probably have an omelette as its quick & filling after we've walked the dog.
Might have some popcorn as well after but would consider trading that for 2 vodkas lol0 -

Aw thanks:rotfl: I love maths and IT, but yes, I'm a little more self-conscious than some chatting online (no names mentioned lol

Happy to help, if needed, but I think Chris might have it covered. Fully back on plan today - and I might lose some pounds shivering as the boiler has broken down.
bubbs, your food looks amazing as always. Mrs_R, well done on the loss. Small, but perfectly formed.
Plan for today was/is:
B - Grape nuts with FF yoghurt and frozen berries
L - Orzo salad (toms, peppers, onion, parsley) with a poached chicken breast
D - Spaghetti bol with a side salad of mixed leaves, cucumber, beetroot and onion
Snacks - Raspberries, grapes.
Syns - 2 Murray Mints
Trying to give the syns a wide berth for a couple of days as I had plenty over the last week!0 -
