    SOTW is P00hsticks :j:j:j:j

*SOTW is the person who lost the most this week and also lost or maintained last week
**Please note everyone who didn't post a weigh in last week due to the snow was recorded as STS as it wasn't your fault :)

Welcome to all the newbies, and well done on that brilliant first week loss Jaynespain

Been a busy weekend for me, and with my daughters birthday and mothers day, it's been rather off plan too, but If I'm good today and tomorrow I'm hoping I can pull some back before tomorrows weigh in.

    Todays plan:
    Breakfast - fruit salad
    Lunch - noodles
Dinner - fajita chicken and couscous (family have wraps, I have couscous instead)

    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - none planned
    Syns - cranberry juice (2.5), miso (0.5)

    Plea for help

You have probably all noticed I'm struggling to keep up with managing the thread at the moment.

I know the spreadsheet scares a lot of you, and to be honest, doing it forces me to stay on here, and not give up so I don't want to really stop doing it.

What I need is someone who is willing to make a list of all weigh ins and private message me the list on a Sunday evening, so that I can just input the data and do the chart.
Also to greet new members, ask them their target for the challenge, and private message me that information too.

It will mean I am able to spend my time properly reading peoples post, rather than rushing and skim reading them to find the info I need, which is what I am finding I am doing a bit at the moment.

    Thanks

    Morning :)

Kathrynha, I really don't want to step on anyone's toes (I'm pretty new here :o ) but if none of the more knowledgeable SW members has the spare time, then spare time is something I have copious amounts of.

I'm not too chatty I know (I'm shy lol) but I'm more than willing to help by reading, gathering and pm'ing you relevant info. Perhaps wait until everyone has time to see and respond to your plea today :).

ps, did you spot my STS from Saturday :)
