Evening all
Kathryn for this challenge put me down for -12.5 That will get me into the next stone bracket and then i’ll be 7lbs from target. That’s if I get that far- I’m back to my pre holiday weight but I seem to be struggling to lose any more! It’s not really that much of an issue- my dress fits beautifully and I’ve lost enough to feel a lot better. I’ve a 12 week countdown that I’m only 2 weeks into so if it weren’t for that I would probably call target to take the pressure off for a bit! Went for a walk earlier which was nice- blew the cobwebs away a bit.
Today’s food:
Brunch: 3 Asda Light and Lean sausages (1.5) beans, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms. Decaf coffee with HEXA
Snack: HEXB HiFi bars, Apple, pear, Light and Free yoghurt, water
Tea: Oriental salmon with salad, noodles and SW spring onion, ginger and garlic sauce. Raspberries, vanilla yogurt, single finger Twirl (6) decaf coffee with HEXA
S: 3 Broghies with ham and smoked salmon (3) Wotsits (4.5) water
Syns: 14.5
Happy Mother’s Day everyone xx*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
