I've only gone and done it! After 8 weeks of absolutely no change whatsoever, -1lb. While not that impressed with it, it is finally something, so hopefully this is the kickstart needed and I can start the downward spiral again.
Well done on the losses achieved, jealous:DA smile costs little but creates much0 -

Isn't it a relief gtq when you finally have a loss?
Last night was good - had pasta which was relatively on plan though I did have some garlic bread and pinched one or two of mum's chips, and as I was the designated driver, drank soft drinks and there was no ice cream in the interval either.....AND I resisted the remains of hubby's KFC when I got home !
There's been a change of plan to the weekend - weather is awful so we're going to swop weekends in the sense of what we were planning to do next weekend we'll do this weekend and go away now next weekend (if that makes sense) so I will weigh but won't stay to class (as I said I hate taster sessions) so (and I know I'm awkward so and so) Kathrynha/ChrisV I will post my WI tomorrow after all.
I am going to go to the gym / swimming pool tonight so that will reduce the picking time.
Not sure what will be on the menu though0 -
Well done Bubbs, a good result. Well done GTQ - a lb is better than an STS or a gain. Hopefully you can continue on the downward journey.
Going away this afternoon for the weekend so meals are mainly ready frozen so just defrost & reheat in the motorhome or from store cupboard.
Today's Green plan:
B - porridge (forgot to defrost fruit!)
L - veggie omelette - mushroom, spring onion, spinach, tomato; with have pickled onions & beetroot on the side
D - mixed bean goulash with rice - not a huge amount of veg but has onions, garlic & tinned tomatoes in it
HEA - milk
HEB - porridge
Syns - wine probably!
Still another HEA & HEB to have. May have a couple of Alpen Light or Hifi bars for the HEB. Not sure about the HEA though, may not have it.

Congratulations to bubbs, beanielou and GTQ on your losses
Morning all
Plan for today:
B: Kippers, wholemeal bread (HEXB)
L: ham salad (mixed leaves, red pepper) with HEXA cheesechile con carne and rice
Snacks: melon, easy peelers
Syns: 4 for kippers (youngs frozen), 3 for chile con carne mix (wouldn't usually use these but picked up one by mistake thinking it was a beef casserole one so am going to try it)0 -
Not doing so well these days :rotfl:
It’s +1 for me this week. Totally due to eating out. We were away last weekend in our motorhome and away again this weekend, and we always have a few pub type meals out to save on cooking.
Never mind, I’ll just have to make more effort when we're at home.
Well done to all the losers. :j0 -
Afternoon all:D
