Should have realised it was you Frogga!

Hope all goes well tomorrow. As Maman says you should forget about losing weight until you feel up to it.

You can give yourself a kick up the bum once you're feeling better.

Thank you friends. I knew if I came on here you would make me feel better. I've been told I should be off work for 6-12 weeks so that would be an opportunity to get my webbed feet out of the cake tin and start pulling myself together ;)

Hello bubbs, nice to meet you xx

Nice to meet you too, looks like you will be sticking around :D

Urgh +1.5lb for me this week. Was awful over the weekend and am paying for it! Not going to get any better either as I'm out again on Friday night (although not drinking so hopefully not too bad) and then on saturday I have a hen do and I do want to have a drink as I've not been out-out for ages!

I've been at the gym 5 days this past week so it's very frustrating that even with all the exercise, a couple of off plan meals can lead to these gains. I'll keep plodding on though!

Hello Frogga, bit weird but was only thinking of you a couple of days ago and then here you are :T:A
Hope op goes/went ok, look forward to a catch up when you’re able.

Back to the council saga, expected work to be done today. Expected an early start but turned up in afternoon  THEN only measured up !!!!!!:mad:. This job has needed doing for 4 years and has been photographed and measured up half a dozen times. Now waiting AGAIN! Worried about next week now, are they coming to do my bathroom or just measuring AGAIN.

Oh and am I being unsympathetic to put my earphones in and turn my music up to drown out hubbys coughing? :A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Hello Froggo. Hope today goes well.

Off away today. Presence on here over the next few days will be dependent on signal.

    Today's plan:
Breakfast - scrambled egg and mushrooms
Lunch - service station. Hoping I will be able to get a salad or a jacket potato
Dinner - cafe at Harry Potter studios. Not sure what I'll have but will try and pick well

    HA - milk
HB - possibly bread if I have a sandwich.. if not taking some cereal bars with me
Syns - sure there will be plenty

Morning everyone, still getting to know you all, so forgive specifics. However, I nearly splattered my water over pooter reading Frogga's post! Despite all of her (?) worries, still managed to post an hilarious picture of surgery. Hope it all goes well, you have been worrying about it which is natural, so eye off ball a bit, but tomorrow is a new day and a new you, so once the medical bits are dealt with, you will be able to focus and lose again.

Big day today, weigh in:eek: If nothing else, as I said to my mum, my hair cut is bound to account for some loss, which is the psychological bit I need.

Today is a bit hap hazard as I was out late last night, so what is in the bag today is....

Breakfast - Chicken in wholemeal roll
Lunch - Ryvita & cheese, just realised I forgot tomatoes:mad: Followed by apple & pear salad, got a yoghurt so may have that with it.
Dinner - not sure yet as won't be home until about 9, so will probably be quick & easy.

    Have a good day everyone
