Silly me. Last job before stopping for a bit was to get some of the euros I'd sent to France, into moneybookers. But my stupid French online bank doesn't actually *do* online banking - I can't make an online payment! I mean, that would be too simple, wouldn't it! I'm *not* going to start fuming about the inefficiencies of my bank at this time of night, I'm just... not. Okay. It'll get done when I get back. I might miss out on Hacketts, they're rumoured to be about to limit non-Irish punters. Hey ho, so it goes.

I'm off for aaagggeeessss. A week. Have a lovely Easter, all, nobody gets sick with chocolate poisoning, okay?

 Hello! I'm back! Been back a few days, and today I've posted on a few diaries as well, but not touched base here - and look at all the chat I missed! :hello:

Well, France was beautiful - but you knew that, hey? The "shack" is actually a fully functional 2 bed place with ceramic radiators and a downstairs toilet, but also columbage walls (oh yeah, big architectural expert here, y'know :rotfl: ) and a fireplace literally five foot tall by about seven wide. Astonishingly gorgeous. Plus three barns and a little forest of this that and the other. But dfw-ness was not the order of the day, tho they weren't actually being extravagant - Ikea was looming large in the furniture there, for instance! :money:

Since I got back, its been lots of work, which is good on the dfw front, not had time for much else. There's a problem now with the central heating here which will absolutely *have* to be sorted out, and that takes priority. Apart from that, my BiL has set me an example of how hard he works, so I'm going to really focus on the m.b.ing and the trading, tho I have got a mystery shop lined up for Tuesday, just to get me out of the house. :money: :money:

Chug-chug-chug... off I go. Run, KC, run. See KC run. Chug-chug-chug.... :rotfl: to dfw-land.

Welcome back! We've missed you. Glad you had a good holiday and good luck keeping up with the BiL's work ethic!
