Karmacat: I'm passionate about my DFW journey to riches

How true! I'm going to add to the lists written on paper in an alcove of my living room tho (completely out of sight day to day, thankfully) - a list of little jobs in the house that need doing, otherwise I forget.
Amazon payment of £1.67 is on its way, will add that to existing lists.
Yesterday's "nope" list gets carried over.
I've done scratches - 35p total!
I have to query some ipoints not received from a bingo offer in December, I'm still just about in profit even if I don't get them, cos the sun bingo offer was so good, but I won't be pleased.
And I'm going to check out matched bets to complete the WR at partybets.
I think thats enough - oh, wait, there's an fhm magazine sitting on the desk - will check out what thats going for on ebid, *try* to put it on amazon first, stuff sells easier on there, I think. Other ebid scans. Brekkie first.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Hi Karmacat,
What is ebid? Is it the same as e-bay?
Well done on the scratchcards and the payment from Amazon every bit helps.
Have a good day.

Hi Tea
Yes, ebid is the same as ebay in that its an online auction place, but it doesn't charge fees until you've sold, thats the big difference. Its a lot smaller, of course, but still, thousands of listings. I don't want to use ebay cos of all the price increases, and anyway, I really can't see my stuff selling soon enough to make it profitable. I've got loads and loads of old science fiction magazines - most of them can probably find a buyer, but it'll take a while, so they need to just sit there. And I don't want to pay for that!
As far as my "nope" list goes:
- manged to update my mobile using the voucher, I'm glad I managed it as I was scared I'd lose it again. Free texts are added, and an extra 22p cos of the reduced VAT rate!
- one load of washing done, but its not out the machine yetgod I'm a !!!!!!.
- have done the old emails.
Hurray!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

Good stuff Karma - getting through your list that is, not the sluttiness! Although sluttiness is not necessarily bad

Oh I enjoy certain types of sluttiness! However, I was interrupted this afternoon by actual paid work (and on coming back to this thread, I've just realised that the washing is still in the washing machine. Oops).
Anyhoo ..... just spent ****ages**** hunting out listings on Amazon for some of the comics I want to get rid of, from the mid 1990s. Hopefully they'll go fairly soon - they were of the sort of "listed, but nothing's available to buy, don't know if we'll ever have it in again" - so I've put them on at a tenner, we'll see how it goes, it varies tremendously.
Right, just time to get that washing, finally, before Stargate Atlantis. Oh its a hard life, being self employed.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
