    Me neither!

Egyptian dancing = the real form of "bellydancing"! My hips are okay, so I'd be able to do it. I love that comedy sketch sand dance thing.... in Stargate SG1, Daniel Jackson (the Egyptian scholar) has it as his screensaver in the early episodes.... they brought a camel to the set from Vancouver Zoo so the actor could sit on it and have his photo taken like he was in Egypt, too.... how sad am I that I not only *knew* that years ago, but actually *remember* it now! :o:oI just think its funny, thats all.

Just been chatting with my sister, and I've arranged to see her for the day before she goes to see our mum in November; that'll mean I don't have to carry home those big M&S books I bought on the glitch thing last week. Its always a difficult issue over Christmas, manhandling all my own stuff *plus* presents on the train. So I'm happy! I may reward myself by actually getting washed and dressed and having a cup of coffee!

EDIT : the pic only just came up now!!! Thats fantastic!!!!!!

Just done the scratchcard thing for the first time, oops. I'd already joined and had the bonus £1, but never deposited, so stuck the tenner in and hey presto, 10p appears in my real money account. You know..... thats a 1% return for 5 minutes. Its actually a very good rate!

Okay, this is me in mini-whirlwind mode. Today I have:
    - done my scratchcard - 2nd day, 20p in the pot! :rotfl:
    - caught up on gm.tv comps - 5 chances a day to win £10k - okay, there must be hundreds of thousands of entries, but its free, and while I'm waiting for other stuff, why not? :rotfl:
    - done 5/15 listings for the ebay challenge.:D
    - answered a query on the mystery shop I did on Saturday. It was the maddest, tiniest detail I ever have seen, which I won't post, obviously, but it actually made me laugh. Luckily the woman at the m.s. place laughed too!
    - I've sold a book on amazon! I did already have 14 things up, but they'd been there for ages, interesting that I get a sale as I start paying attention again :p

    And now.... more listing.

Just done the next 5. I'm glad I only volunteered for 5 a day! I deffo deserve a cuppa coffee now.

EDIT: ha, it was only a cuppa tea, so the kettle's on again for coffee now. In the meantime I have:
    - signed a signature sample to help my new Clubcard Plus account along. I'll be surprised if that *ever* gets working.
    - t/f money into my matched betting account to keep up with the regs on "money in" each month. I'll transfer it out later today (i.e. before it gets there :rotfl: )
    - booked my optician's appointment at Tesco for the clubcard points.
    - confirmed I wanted to close my first spreadbet account, since I have the NatWest one now.
    - applied for another spreadbet account at tradefair - to get the £75 free money!
    - opened the post.
    - tried a few surveys etc, nothing really doing.

    I still deserve the coffee!

Oh yeah! On an empty stomach it sent me all jittery, so I had my lunch. Doing the amazon posting right now, its taking *ages* - I'm not set up to do it anymore, so my stuff is all over the place. Just got it now, so I'm off to a post office.

I can't see your thread yet, missy, how you doin'?

Ah, that's the bit I hate about eBay etc, don't mind listing but the wrapping up and posting is a pain.

Not had a lot to say the last few days, had a big dose of emotional stuff to deal with, but all much calmer now so will pop on there for an update in a bit (although I'm not sure there's been much progress in a DFW way! :o )

Sorry to hear you've had lots of emotional stuff going on red, hope its sorted for the better. Day to day debt problems are very minor compared to things like that. Lots of hugs being sent your way.

Thanks, yep all OK now, just exhausted. And yes it did at least stop me thinking about money for a few days! Oh hang on, does that mean I have to think about it again now?
