Karmacat: I'm passionate about my DFW journey to riches

Coo. I've been on the gambling freebie intro board (whatever!) and found out about free bingo and whatnot. I can't believe the money I've been leaving on the table. Rushing through mystery shop prep and accounts to open A&L a/c to get started on all of this - I think I'll do bingo & all the non-taxable stuff from there. I'm on a roll now, in my head anyway!2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Just make sure you don't get carried away by the bingo chat rooms - they are slightly scary!!
Have a good day.

I went to my subscriptions page to find my diary - heaven knows what page it was on on the dfw board, its *busy* these days!
Anyway, have applied for my A&L account this morning, via the referral link, and now we'll see. Decided to add to it the optional application for a 0% for 9 months credit card - even if I can get my present one down via quidco, present amazon and m.s savings, free bingo and matched betting, I might end up stoozing it again, to start saving to pay off the Northern Rock loan! Ever the optimist, me.
Did a mystery shop yesterday, inputted data while practically asleep, and tho I've done a yougov survey this morning, not much else mse going on today - I have a *lot* of paid work to do today (so a good reason not to be doing mse). Off to have another breakfast.....2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Ooh breakfast! I fancy some hot porridge right now, but my numb mouth would make it an exercise that could prove a tad stressful!
I hope you get the current account etc sorted - I might open a new one to have my "new" wages paid in......will investigate quidco in a while!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Thats what I had! Except I don't heat it, I soak the oats... put some ground almonds in, that I originally bought so I could pretend to make my own marzipan. Since they've just gone out of date, they're in the porridge - makes it very rich, yummy. The current account - why did I believe them when they said they'd let me know "in minutes"? Sometimes I'm such a sucker. Anyway, now I've had brekkie mark2, its off for coffee mark 2, then wash my hair and do some accounts while waiting for client. I *will* sort all of this!2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Cold porridge ? Oh YUCK
(Or do you mean soak it in warm milk ?)I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

:embarasse
no.... :cool2: and
... I soak it overnight in cold milk. Soy milk. With sunflower seeds, ground almonds and dried apricots. Its not quite porridge, tbh (*really* embarrassed now). Vegetarians who are allergic to cows milk, gluten and wheat have some problems, you know (yeah, psychological problems too, I hear you muttering out there!) :rotfl:

Well I can't deal with milk at all so my porridge is with water and dried apricot bits... not sure I could cope with sunflower seeds in it though!! :eek:Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!
