Karmacat: I'm passionate about my DFW journey to riches

Morning! Yep - the coffee gone up in price about 25% in the last 3 months, mind you. It was 68p just after Christmas, then 76p, when I bought loads, and now its £1.06 (how sad is that, that I remember the prices?
). Anyway, its there, deffo!
ists - *nothing* has been done off my list, except look for a matched bet, and its another 0.907 match. Have found something called bore draws, that can help at the particular bookie I'm at, but will have to practise with the matcher spreadsheet this afternoon to do it.
Duchy! You're doing Asian handicaps??? And horseracing???? Cor, I'm dead impressed. I've got the basics of m.b., but haven't gone any further at all, I'm terrible. But you're watching it too? It would bore me rigid, I'm afraid, I really, really couldn't watch the stuff - the highlights at the end of the news are enough for me. I'm starting to think in terms of maximising profits, but in the last few months, between being ill and taking cheapo holidays, not very much has happened on the m.b. front.
Must do a little bit in the garden, eat, more in the garden - I've been on the computer all morning!  :eek:2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Good for you! Go for it! Im still prattling away on my email, and not doing anything at all, not even lunch. Still, we have till 7.45 this evening for euro2008. Ulp.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Nope, the same 1.53/1.62, hardly worth doing - if I had the patience to learn the bore draw scenario, it might be worth doing... how about you?2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Seems to be getting harder to find matches. I have been driven to the tennis and horses recently just to avoid being stuck somewhere. has worked fine so far but know it is a little more risky as there are some rule differences. But the odds on football have been rubbish at the bookies I am working on!
Am getting quite good at choosing the horses though - 3 of the last 4 I have bet on have won - including one rank outsider..... perhaps should try punting!
(Joking honest - wouldn't have the nerve!!)0 -
Aargh. Got impatient, and did one at 2.5/2.6... weirdly, it returns pennies more than 1.53/1.62.... now thats counter-intuitive (for me, anyway, lol). Thats the second in my current WR done. I *must* check out the bore draw.....2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Noooooooo not asian handicaps that scares me ......asian football-world cup qualifiers-teams like Singapore (who ever even knew Singapore had a football team ???)
Horsies are OK-satisfies my impatience for a quick result rather than waiting 90 minsI Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
I did asian handicaps when I started MB last year but I can't remember how they work at all! Ther eis a really good post somewhere on the board but I haven't been able to find it again! Know what you mean about the quick turnaround on horses. Like that - I don't get too worried about rule 4 (basically most of the matches are a lot closer or arbs so you would still end up better off than a not so good match on the football) and as long as you are quick it is fine - odds do seem to change quicker than with football but that can be advantageous.0
