Time to start the defence was 2 weeks ago...
Id say this is getting more URGENT because youre not devoting time early enough.

initial date on claim was 26th July
AOS done via MCOL..so i believe i have until Monday 30th July to file a defence
i have been unwell last week and alot on my plate and my stress levels are way too high.. i have come this far and i just don't want to give up last minute..i have couple days to file my defence and i am no where closer to doing so yet as i work 6-7 days and 3 young kids and one of them in hospital due to asthma so its just too hectic at the moment so hence i am feeling i'm going to collapse at times..

Hence i am pleading if anyone has a sample defence (I know there are plenty on the thread as advised but i cannot seem to find one relating to my case and i am running out of time)

I don't want you thinking i am not trying to put effort into looking at the defence..i am but i'm lost

Please give me anything..anything to start of with to get me going..any sample layout etc Please Guys help me out as you have done this far..
