Others have been courteous enough to apologise here, and so have I, for the misconstructions you yourself have put on responses to your posts.

You obviously have issues to deal with and seeing as how you now say you have reported the entire board, I fully understand your decision to leave it.

    Best wishes for the future.

Again you just can’t stop yourself can you, just because I disagree with you does not make me wrong! I have no "issues" to deal with! Thankyou! Once again you slag me! All I know is I have been subject to verbal attacks over and over again. I know that after reading this board others have suffered previously and they were actually more sensible than me and stopped arguing realising they would not win! The previous boards were closed down, this one they asked people to be courteous and polite. It seems some find it impossible. As I say, read back over the posts and tell me who started the aggression, it certainly was not me. In fact I sympathised with those not on the housing ladder who so desperately wanted to be only to be told that when I stated my opinion I was a stupid girl and multiple other patronising and slanderous things.

As I say I have reported this message board and numerous posts within it. Not just against me but against others! Perhaps in future people should think about being more objective with there comments and with the analysis of other peoples opinions! Do you want a fair debate or do you really just want to hear you are right! Have you ever for one second thought, what if I am not right! As I say re-read the posts and see exactly what happened on here, as soon as I disagreed I was attacked, go back through other posts prior to my arrival and see what happened there too, just because you frighten off any person who dares to disagree with the majority on this forum does not make you all right!

We will just have to wait and see what happens, but as I say, I am secure in my investments and could withstand a large drop in the market and if that made all of you happier I wish it would happen as if this forum is representative of the country as a whole then it appears there are many desperate people out there wanting a property, unfortunately hose people are becoming aggressive and bitter in their plight!

I wouldn't hold out waiting for the admin Abidan, I haven't had any response from them after I reported a post. I think there are a few things to be learnt from all this:
    - There are plenty of people that like to make assumptions about others
    - People don't like opinion presented as fact
    - Arguments need to be well reasoned for people to take them seriously
    - Some people will resort to insults if their opinions are disregarded or laughed at

#1. The people that run these "sell your house and rent back" companies are generally lying thieves and are best avoided

#2. This time next year house prices in general will be lower than they are now

#3. Cheap houses are a good thing not a bad thing
  • Any chance of us returning to what this thread is supposed to be about?

Up until recently people on both sides of the argument have been able to put their points across in a well-reasoned and helpful manner. It's been a helpful and enjoyable thread.

Descending into name calling and bickering when some contributors are clearly just looking for attention isn't doing anyone any favours. The mods have already closed down some house price crash threads and this might just be th excuse they need to do it again, losing valuable information once more.
