All I can say is MY BOTTOM!!! You so desperate to get on the housing ladder you would obviously sell your soul to do it! You are so bitter that you are not on the housing ladder and so pertirifed you will never get on it that you cant even be civillised to other people with an alternative opinion of the housing market! The problem with this forum is obvious. The reason the opinions are so unrepresentitive and one sided is because the only people who are interested in it are those that are desperate for prices to fall for various reasons! YES DESPERATE! The rest of society, i.e. home owners, are not interested in coming on line and specualting on what may or may not happen, thats because they are living contented lives safe in the knowledge that they have a home that they, like I, worked extremely hard for! They like i know that it does not really matter to the majority whether their price goes up or down as they have a home and a roof over their heads and UNLTIMATELY, they know that come 20 years time they will have so much equity in their house they will be able to retire in comfort!

Hard luck love you may well have missed the boat with every day that passes, i have wished you well in previous posts, but your malicious nasty comments have taken away all sympathy I ever had for you! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

The only reson i ever came on this site was to find ideas for saving money and making money, only to come across a forum that is so anal it stinks!

See ya off to look at the recent sales of houses on www.houseladder.co.uk where it atucally tells me that houses in my area, and in various other locations in the country have not gone down but have gone up!! Waaabl0dyhooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Spains a great place to invest not!!!!!!

The whoel of the spanish econmy is based around selling £20,000 mud huts to foolish brits at stupid prices, little wonder the markets crashed and died and wont recover over there. I do hope you didnt get one of those spanish places where the governement has decided it wants its land back!

Definition of a investment - a scheme that makes money, given yields are below inflation and asset values are falling I call it a DIVESTMENT

abidan, if anyone on here seems desperate it's YOU. Do you have BTL investments that you are hoping will maintain their value? also, your rant about why it is such a great time to invest in property on this website you seem to be associated with http://www.lets-makemoney.co.uk/property_investment.php shows a similar desperation along with a blatant disregard of current financial markets... again BTL investments on the go?

Also, reading back through your posts, your smug comments about being in your ivory tower whilst others aren't on the housing ladder conveys a disregard for others. You will probably find that most buyers on here are in a position to buy but are simply holding back waiting for the right time to strike and that is obviously NOT now.

Let me ask you a serious question and give me your honest answer. I have 200K sitting in a business account(seriously, I do). Are you seriously saying to me that it would be a good investment if I took that 200K and invested in a BTL during December 2007?

I have reported this mesasge board and a number of posts to the abuse team. I have asked that all my posts and those by others refering to me are removed. I am very upset by how i was treated on this forum. I came on here with a simple opinion back on page 15. I never got agressive or laughed at anyone, i only foolishly retaliated after a pack of wolves attacked me for disagreeing.

I will point out once again that if you read over the posts i do not care what happens to the proeprty market. And yes i am doing well with all my investments that is a fact. Contuniuing to say that i am and slagging my website, me, my finances and my future is against the rules of this forum and is unfair.

I suppose someone will again misquote me and expect a reaction. to all the bullies and angry people on here, yes you have won, i hope you are proud of yourselves, read back and see how i was treated and homw long it took me o get agressive and personal, you will see that I only got personal once i was laughed at, patronised, and misquoted on numerous occasions!!

Bought off plan in Spain in 2004.Hahahahaha, that`s so funny.

I was there in 2004 and was thinking seriously in buying,not investing,in Spain planning to reside there in retirement.Well,looked around and although I had the cash thought pretty much on the coast everything was over valued.I saw UKers taking the bait,remortgaging to buy into the dream.Don`t worry ,they said,the rental will cover the mortgage.Oh dear,they really have fallen for the sales patter.

Well guess I might have got it right!

I bought in costa Almeria and it has doubled in price due to the recent clamp down on builds over there, i have just recieved an offer on my property in the last 2 months, though i dont know why i am justifying myself to anyone on here! But yet again anotehr malicious post even after the last post i just wrote. Thanks
