Messed up my haircut, going to court

Long story short, I went to the hairdressers and she was using a clipper to cut any fly away hair I guess, the clipper slipped out of her hand and it cut a chunk of hair from the back of my head. Ever since then I have had to tie up my hair to cover the bald spot, I never used to do that and it's been very difficult on me. I'm taking her to small claims court, it is possible to claim anything for the emotional and psychological pain that I've had to endure? Cheers

It's gotta be worth £250k minimum. Bung a claim in for that amount.0

Claim enough for some popcorn and maybe a drink too?0

If you take this to court, please, please let me know the date and location of the hearing.
That hysterical laughing you will hear after the judge mauls you and throws out your 'case' will be me.0 -
I think OP that you might be able to claim for a hairband, let!!!8217;s be generous and say that!!!8217;s about 25p.
Good luck0 -

Your sarcasm isn't really helpful, why isn't it possible to claim for that?0 -
They will have indemnity Insurance. £250k is nothing to them. Get your claim in. The suffering you've endured must be horrific. Don't let them get away with this.0

Are you for real?0 -
Were there any children present when the incident occured? If yes, then double that £250k...
In reality, really??? It was an accident. Something to laugh about. Claim for a hairband and a refund for the haircut, as these are your losses.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
