It’s a lovely day, just waiting for the washer to finish and that can go on the line. Had a nice win on the PBs which makes up for last month.
OH is off and planning on some outside jobs, I’m stuck in the office. Only got 1 shift at the b&b which is Saturday

Hurt my leg last night whilst outside helping OH. He was on the digger getting the boulders out the lawn that catch the mower blades (some of them were massive). We were trying to get these mini mount Everests into the tracked wheelbarrow (basically a motorised wheelbarrow with gears and tipping mechanism). I was attempting to drive this, had it in reverse didn’t realise quite how close I was to the ride on and basically trapped my legs between the 2. Think it’s just bruised but it could’ve been worse.

I have succumbed to a couple of items off the Roman website, they’ll be good for holibobs.

Eeek that sounds like a very near miss / almost worse incident. Hope your leg recovers quickly.

I succumbed to Roman this week too - but the items haven't arrived yet.

Sorry that the weather is awful for lots of people but just had to post this.   Sat outside with a coffee, dog and ball thrower and everything feels good.
I’ve got some painting to do. Just waiting for the dew to dry off. I ordered some 1 tonne potato boxes which have arrived flat packed, these need painting, assembled and then they’ll be used for log storage. We had a wagon and drag deliver our tree trunks which need sawing and chopping. So no rest for the wicked.
Getting some quotes in to have a stove installed. I wanted something a bit different but think I’m going to have to compromise.
Currently grilling some aubergines to have a bash at making Patlican Esme a Turkish dip I love. Quite like the air fryer and Alexa helps with timings and temperature

Hope you have a good day whatever you get up to.
