It’s all a little bit strange, living with DD1 and her BF.  Things are slowly moving on the house front. Probably looking at July to move in.

Took the mum to the pups to be spayed ( felt a bit emotional as last time I was there it was to say farewell to my best girl). However they called me back as she was still lactating and they didn’t want to do it until she’s dried up. She’s now on some medicine to do that. The last puppy left yesterday after her new mum and dad came back off holiday. We might be looking after her at the end of June.

Getting my hair done tomorrow, as we’re off to Ladies Day on Sunday and having a night away.

Still not managed to get the dog spayed as she’s still milky ( think she thinks she’s a holstein). Going to the vets on Wednesday to check the milk situation and if it’s gone operation on Friday. If it’s not gone we’ll have to wait till after her next season

ladies day went well once we got there. Parked the car where we were staying for the night, went for a coffee and when we came out no taxis to be seen. Phoned them up and they were all busy. After hanging around the taxi rank a couple who were driving to the races took pity on us and dropped us off as well. Didn’t have any big wins but it was nice to be out

Took the DDs and a friend to see Chicago at the theatre, it was really good. Booked tickets for OH and I to go and see Les Miserables in November, might even book a night in a premier inn.

No news on the house front and not expecting any as the solicitor is on holiday. Had an issue with the Skye house not being up to standard but sorted now and the last guests have taken the key which is still being sorted.
