Thanks all. All I can say is that this has been horrific and not something I want to EVER repeat!!  A week tomorrow we have to be out of here. We asked the landlords for an extension, they said no. We applied to the homeless unit, best result a single room in a hostel with no dogs.

The tables have turned and we and DS2 are moving in with DD1 and her BF. DD2 is moving in with DS1. My friends are kindly storing our furniture. There is a plan B and it’s in place but I don’t want to jeopardise it by saying too much. Today I told my sister, I’d been dreading doing it as she can be quite judgemental. Actually she was very nice.

In other news all the puppies are sold. Currently we have 2 left, one goes next Saturday and the other one will go on the 24th. It’s not ideal as there will be 5 dogs at DD1. My old collie hates the puppies so that’s a work in progress. She’s been back at the vets and booked in to be spayed and a look at her bladder as a scan showed there was something in there. The estimate has come in at £700. Luckily the puppy money will cover this. The puppies mum is also booked in to be spayed.

Tomorrow we have quite a few people around so hope to make inroads on moving things. I’m not entirely comfortable moving in with DD1 and BF as their relationship is still in it’s early days. A friend did offer a temporary stop gap of their house but wanted 900 per month which we just can’t do. Well that was a bit of a brain dump. Thanks for asking after me it’s nice to see posts.

Oh heck lovely that sounds horrendous - I’m so sorry your landlord is behaving that way. I hope somewhere that suits all your needs comes up soon as I can definitely see your hesitations about moving in with DD - feels like a lot of pressure on all sides I bet.

    Fingers crossed… 🤞🏼
