Make sure you email the signed/dated version, and that the subject line has the claim number and the words 'defence attached'.

    ideally , yes

glad to see you have taken the advice onboard

chances are that the PPC will try a last ditch attempt to get money out of you before ditching the court claim before the court filing fee is due

I filed the defence while still in 21/03. Got an auto response saying anything after 4pm would be treated as filed the following day when the court re-opens which will make it 35 days :(

I really hope it all goes through ok. Thank you very much for the last minute advice. I took out para 10 and sub para's and added in the Johnersh signage para. Time to go home now and hope my stupidity doesn't keep me awake all night.

Hang on, are you saying you filed a short defence on MCOL?

You can't file a new one now by email.

No, I didn’t go through with the MCOL one. Have submitted one defence via email. Signed, dated, pdf

OK you have done all you can, except I would ring the CCBC in the morning to flag up your email defence as MEGA URGENT and ask them to update MCOL as you are very distressed and scared the parking firm aggressors might swoop with judgment by default today, while your email remains unread.

Takes a while to get through, stay on the phone, don't be fobbed off.
