Thank you all for your good wishes, it has meant a lot today.

The Approved Social Worker phoned just before they were due and changed the time to 2.00pm, then she phoned again and they were going to be late and said that they would be here at 2.30pm, then again to say they would be here at 3.30pm. At exactly 3.30pm she phoned again and said that it would be tomorrow morning at 11.30am now. Talk about distressing someone even more!

It has meant that I could go to see my GP this afternoon. He was shocked at what is happening and did agree with me that this was very damaging for me, and that a forced hospital admission wouldn’t help at all. The trouble is, he doesn’t have any power over this, but I did leave him trying to phone the consultant to voice his opinion and concerns. He is also going to see me early tomorrow morning before they get here.

I can’t stop shaking and crying though :(.

Your Doctor thinks this is wrong. If you get taken to hospital tomorrow you will tell them exactly what you told the GP and us. Their very actions are making you worse.

Take it one hour, one I minute at a time and mop those tears.

  • Huge hugs Holly, I hope you are ok, mental health support can be appalling in some areas.

Just read your awful post Holly, what dreadful behaviour from the ‘professionals’. I hope you are with a friend or family and being looked after tonight.

Holly....I am horrified at the way you have been treated, I hope that your Doctor will be able to prevent your admission. I can only offer you love and prayers, try to keep calm, something you are undoubtedly finding difficult.
