I just got stung £38 trying to sort out my Royal Mail Business Account using the 0845 support number given on all their business web pages. Looks like the 0845 number still work out at 50p/minute on an O2 contract phone. No indication of costs given anywhere on the RM site.:(

What about this?
"Call us
08457 950 950*. We're open Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm. *Calls may be recorded and monitored for training and compliance purposes. Calls cost 5p per minute plus your telephone company's network access charge. Mobile providers may have additional charges." https://business.help.royalmail.com/app/contact#category-tree-after
The call charges must be stated immediately adjacent to the telephone number. In this example there is intervening text, so that's a failure to comply with the regulations.
The explanation that "mobile providers may have additional charges" is false. These calls have only an access charge and a service charge. The access charge from mobiles is usually higher than from landlines, but that isn't what they said.
