That's another empty space for DS to fall over :rotfl: he's just not used to them

Since my last post:
- BM on for pizza dough
- Constructed goosebery crumble (will cook when I put oven on for pizza)
- WUDUPA, including stuff Mr LW left on side earlier (to be fair, not enough to be worth running a bowl of water at the time)
- Above item included scraping disgusting tannin deposits from bottom of Mr LW's tea mug (no idea why mine doesn't get tannin deposits, only his)
- Removed dough from BM, shaped and put on pizza tray
- Taken frozen items for pizza topping out of freezer
- Put BM on for loaf
- Rejigged freezer contents (small amounts in large boxes transferred to small boxes, etc) to free up more of 3rd drawer ready for Buddy & Indi's food
- Prepared recycling bag ready to go out tomorrow; placed this in spare room with box of bottles, also to go
- WU again - s*d the DUPA bit, it can stay on the drainer for now

Round.. every man I have ever met is the same.. if it doesn't jump n their hand when they whistle or flash neon pink or come running like a dog they can't find it... My mother went shopping and filled the cupboard with food then we went out elsewhere.. my stepdad rang to ask what was for dinner because there was nothing in the house to eat!! .. because a hand didn't roll out of the fridge with a plate of steaming hot roast dinner! (he ordered a kebab).. they are all the same in my experience!

Have been out to post office, the first 2 I went to were exceptionally closed today! Went shopping for wine and a few bits, yes I should follow your example HB but am pleased with what I've done today so will join OH with a glass when he gets in. Bathroom floor hoovered and washed, as is kitchen floor. None of the floors had been washed for months so they actually need washing again or even scrubbing but not going there. If I can wash them once a week they will get better. They are clay/terracota/quarry tiles and porous so do stain but also have a lived in look. Some of them are very old, they date from the original house built 1850 then restored in the 1980s so nothing very recent.
Tea and Olympics now I think
Hugs to all xx0 -

I haven't been able to achieve much today but tomorrow's looking a lot better. The WM has had it's innards doused with a cup of vinegar on the hottest longest wash possible, and that, apart from tidying and pegging out the soggy towels was about as much as I could manage. Onwards and upwards!Better is good enough.0
