Much better day today spoke to virgin and sainsburys to set up the payment plans with first payments for both going out next Friday Leaving only Barclaycard left to do which has been handed back from hoist to Robinson way so need to wait till Monday before the details have gone over ready for me to make a plan. no spend day for me today so happy with that. nothing paid but lots organised so must not grumble.
now just waiting for payday next Friday so i can attack some of these bad boys and bring that total down abit more

Thanks oneday hope you had a good day. another no spend day here today and also got a call from the ombudsman confirming all details of my case had now been received and it will be being moved on to the next stage now. So glad its friday this week has gone so slow now a nice weekend to look forward to

When did you make your complaint to them? I've got a couple in and had the emails of they've asked the business for info etc about a month ago - I know things go slowly though so it's cool

how did you make yours ? i done mine all online and i think its probably been around a month since my initial complaint to them

I did mine online too, and sent everything I possibly could attached to it. Guess it's hit and miss

just had a look through my call history i first contacted them on 22nd of feb filled the online stuff out that evening they emailed me for more details on the 6th of march to which i provided what they needed and got the call today confirming everything received and moving on to the next stage where they allocate a adjudicator to decide to which the gentleman on the phone said it will probably be around 3 months. hope this helps of course i guess it depends what your complaint is about mine is for a packaged account not sure if longer/shorter for PPI etc.

Ah ok I had a call but just one on the same day as my email to say they'd received my complaint and would be getting in touch with the business etc

Good luck with your packaged account complaint- I complained to Natwest about mine that I had and haven't heard anything back yet but got a few weeks before I can escalate it

Pretty cheap weekend for me few £'s spent but nothing wasted which is the main thing. Barclaycard payment plan has been set up this morning so i am now officially in plans with everybody which is a massive relief. Still shocked at just how good they've all been when i phoned them. £10 cashed out on swag this morning and should have another £5 on friday when some pending SB's clear. Now all that's left is the wait till payday on Friday.
