    Corrected that for you. :)

Hello again. I've just read the appeal "Rejection" letter from UKCPM.

My appeal was posted n 24th Feb 2018 and a follow up email copy sent on 28th Feb.

I recieved the appeal "Rejection" letter from UKCPM on Friday 23rd March, but it is dated 25th February!!

they're telling me that I have 21 days from date of "this rejection" to appeal to IAS.

Should I write back and point out their error that they've dating their rejection letter to be the day after I posted my appeal!!?

,... or should I use this clear error in my IPS appeal / future fight against any court case?

However I now don't have a valid and clear date from UKCPM within which to time the 21 days IAS appeal window,... indeed that window according to their rejection letter date is already "closed"

    Thoughts welcomed please

The NEWBIES is quite clear about this. It is entirely up to you whether you follow the advice given or not.
    Thanks.

I did read Newbies but missed this. Will go back and look again.

    No point.

No because you won't be wasting your time.

Thanks. Have re-read and seen advice to not bother with IAS.

But (annoying as the question "What is the next step" might be to some...)
.... er.....What is the next step?
.... I don't see that clearly laid out... other than to perhaps await any notice of intent from UKCPM to refer to CC.

Is it worth offering a v small nominal payment that is closer to "representing damages for breach of contract" than the obscene £100 being demanded.?

    Many thanks

Looks like louiemiro is waiting patiently for up to six years for the parking company to decide whether or not to take court action.

If you would like help with an issue then please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread and if you still have questions the please start a new thread.

    Hi All.

After a year, of sending me occasional letters, Gladstones (on Behalf of UKCPM) have now served me CC Claim. I have today acted wrt... AOS, SAR, and email to Gladstones. Next I'll read the many cases to gem up and compose my defence.... but if anyone can start to keep an eye on me, I'd appreciate it, as this type of battle is new to me. Many thanks in advance.
