Thanks all. I've rung the private GP line - and am awaiting a call back at 3.30pm. Need a shower before I do anything else. The scary thing is my leg seems to swell up without me doing hardly anything.
In money news - because I've changed our mortgage payment - I've been sent a mortgage statement and that shows us as doing about £107 better than I thought in terms of what we owe so going to amend my signature.

They've sent me home with stronger painkillers and an instruction to go back to GP. Apparently because I went to private physio and not NHS - that could be delaying my case - as an nhs physio could direct refer me on. Can't win!
