There's not really many things we do 'need' in life SH, a roof over our head, food on the table and enough money to pay bills and clothing. Everything else are 'wants' to make our lives have more colour and emotions, contributing to us as unique individuals.
I think you would get a lot of inspiration from the dragon and could negotiate the price down, maybe think about it for a bit. The lamps and chair, well it's always possible to get those but they feel like buying for the sake of doing something, that instant lift and feel good factor but with regret following behind.
Canvases sound good. Would it be worth investing in better gloves or a jumpsuit thing to protect yourself.

I would be too hot in a decorators suit... At the moment anyway. Good suggestion though.
I will hold off buying for now.
I took DD to an ice cream farm today. She had a triple cone while I had a single. Also took dog for a walk almost 2 miles. Tried to take in the beauty around me, the obvious and the hidden.

I was fascinated by these orange-brown leaves floating in a puddle and the reflection of the tree above.

This was a work in progress. It's dried quite different but this is adult messy play!!! I want to have another go playing with these colours another day. Unfortunately the more vibrant colours sank a little as it dried so I need to find the right consistency stop that happening... All good funAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
