Love the beach pebble photo!
Glad you're home and been missed. 😃
Maybe a simple day out to Keswick with DH would help his batteries too.

Thanks MF, Grogged and Dancing. Appreciate your support and good wishes.
Spoke to boss on phone and arranged to meet for coffee Monday and see how I am then. Got a positive update on something that had been really worrying me so that helped.Picked up key from friend. She is away next week so can have time out there if I need it without bothering anyone. I caught up with DD then retreated for an afternoon nap.DH, DD and I went out for a nice evening meal. I wore ear defenders in pub as I hadn't been aware a match was on but they made staying possible where before I knew about ASD and noise sensitivity I would have been unprepared and would have had to leave.
DH has had to work long hours this week not helped by a team member falling ill and having to work longer days. Both he and DD were very happy I was home so felt appreciated.
DS was out with a uni friend.
I am allergic to our house though. Vacuuming needed. Cleaner was ill and hadn't been for several weeks so while they tidied the dust is really bad. Missing hearing birds and cows from farm... Definitely plan to have more regular outings to countryside...

Positive news is always welcome, long may it continue and then be put to bed.
Ask the family to dust and vacuum, have them pull together as a unit and take care of your needs for a while.
With the sounds of nature, find them online, bookmark the pages and listen as and when, it's not the same as the smells but will trigger the memories if you close your eyes.

Thanks MF and Jwil. Sat in hairdressers now being pampered. Dyeing hair back towards red... Hairdresser reckons may take a few sessions before I get to the colour I want... Hope don't end up back in lockdown... And DD colouring.
DD really keen to move out in September. She wants me to take her at some point to the new town so she can picture it. She wants to try and get on a driving lesson waiting list there... And start exploring how much it might cost to live there. That all feels really positive.

Do you have any local walks that will give you that sense of space and being in the countryside?
Love the picture of the sand and pebbles. Never fails to amaze me how the sea can sculpt the sand like that.
Sounds really positive that your DD feels ready to move out. Does this mean that your plan to move to the country might be more feasible?

DD is embracing the changes.
Hope the pampering was relaxing.
One thing I do on some of the trips is record 1 minute video's. Sitting on the beach the focus is the sand with water lapping the shore. Hills and mountains views with the silence or occasional sound of nature. Waterfalls seeing and hearing the water. As I when required, I can watch them. It's worth a try next time you're away.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.7
